Intake and access
You answer a short guided interview about your company, your tools, and how you like things done. We set up the tools and show you how to connect your email, calendar, and files. We don't see or ask for your personal information, and we sign an NDA to protect you. You also share the documents that matter, like price sheets, how-to steps, your customer list, and common questions.
- Days 4 to 10
Build and test
We set up your knowledge vault, your assistant, and your three helpers. Then we work with you to test each one on your live data and adjust as needed.
- End of week 2 or 3
Handoff and training
A 60 to 90 minute session on your phone and computer. You get a one-page cheat sheet, five everyday prompts, and a recording to look back on. We check in one week later to answer questions and make tweaks.

Care Plan
A monthly plan that keeps your system working and getting better: fixes, one improvement each month, vault upkeep, and a 30-minute review call.

Do I have to change my software?

Does it send things without me?
You decide. Many owners start with drafts they approve, then let simple things like reminders go out on their own.
